Ade lives on the edge of town- close enough that he still knows what's going on the epicentre (and because he can't help but still be a city-boy) but far enough out that he considers it secluded.
He lives in a regular two-story house but its completely inaccessible from downstairs. On the ground floor its pretty much smashed to pieces furniture and whatever Ade can carry boarding up the doors and windows (and as a boy that controls gravity that's quite a lot of crap) - The only access is via a skylight or upstairs windows. Anyone breaking in should be prepared to make a lot of noise and wake up the grumpy mutant living upstairs. Pretty much looks like the kind of place you don't want to enter anyway- in the destruction of the downstairs he didn't much care that it now looks like a bomb hit it.
